Here, you’ll shop for fresh ingredients—vegetables, herbs, spices, and tropical fruits—while observing how locals bargain and go about their daily routines. It’s a great way to connect with the community and discover the roots of Balinese cooking.

At 11:00 AM, your cooking lesson starts at our traditional Balinese kitchen, located within an organic garden. The peaceful surroundings create the perfect atmosphere for learning. Our experienced chefs will guide you through each step of the cooking process, using a recipe booklet that you can take home. You’ll prepare a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients harvested from the garden.

By 12:30 PM, it’s time to enjoy your meal. You’ll dine on a wooden deck overlooking lush rice fields, adding to the sense of calm and satisfaction. There’s something truly special about tasting food you’ve made yourself, especially in such a beautiful setting.
